All stores closed to in person, has to be internet or phone based and no-contact delivery. Any non essential personnel has to be limited to their property only. Anyone still working needs proper N95 masks and constant testing. After that, international travel and borders has to still remain closed. And somewhere around week 5 everyone in a household has to be tested. If they are clear, they get to leave after week 6. If anyone in the house has it, entire household need to be locked down for another 6 weeks. If there is a plan like that for lock down i'd be down for another go.
