Isn't that the scariest part?

Like, the mentality that he shares with a majority of his supporters is here to stay.

The paranoid "show me the proof NOW" mentality.

The bigotry mentality.

The alternative facts mentality.

The gaslighter mentality.

The easily manipulated mentality (aka brainwash)

Trump will be gone in 70 days, but his philosophy and persona will live on through the nearly 72 million that voted for him. And it will live on through his probable tv network .

the final revenge of Boomers. even when they die, they managed to infect enough of the younger generations. there are SOME Gen Xers and even Millenials who support Trump.

All the toxicity that usually gets associated with boomers is alive and well in millenials and zoomers.

And there are quite a few boomers that are staunchly against Trump and the GOP.

Lets not let memes dictate our world views. >_>

"Trumpism" is nothing new. If anyone actually started this mentality, it's Reagan.

Trump is just better at tapping into the conservative hivemind than anyone else.

He just gave a brand name to a particular kind of stupidity that came about in several generations of poor education and social media.

People that don't honestly know that there is any difference between a body of scientific research and a bit of text stapled to the front of a meme image on facebook - their vote counts as much as yours does.

An idea without a leader is a lot less dangerous. Trump has very clearly galvanized this shit and after he is gone it will not disappear but it will lose momentum.

its encouraging, but this is using todays stats. Only young people is never going to be the voter turnout, and only people who were young in 2020, whose political views never changed, and against a GOP that never tried any other fuckery is even less plausible.

again, its comforting, but we just need to wait out those damn boomers and then everything will be fine just smells like a dangerous brand of complacency.

I mean the data is right there. Historically, younger generations are more liberal than their elders as societies evolve.
