Case A) She wants to come over for 7 days and both of us work basically 5-6 out of those days. I told her that I see a lot of stressful tension happening because I hate living with other people and that I'd rather us do something on a 2-3 day weekend where were not working and can focus on other things. She's like wah, I can't get a day off and I told her that I don't want someone breathing down my neck 247 while I'm working and that I'm going to want personal space. She flips out and says she doesn't want to come anymore and is now being passive aggressive.

Case B) I'm coming back for Christmas and she's mad that Id rather have an airbnb than stay at her place. I told her that I like being in control of my own situation especially while working and it's not just her that I would do that to.

Idk, I see where you're coming from, and personal time and things like that are good for relationships. But on the other hand, from her perspective she is wanting to reward you by spending lots of time together, and you're throwing it back in her face. So then what is her incentive to reward you? Not saying you're wrong, but I'm saying emotionally, this is where she is.

You need to find some kind of middle ground. Some degree of compromise will be needed to make it through this. It almost doesn't even matter what or how much, but just you compromising to some degree will make it better.

Sounds like you are absolutely unwilling to compromise at all, therefore you should not be in a relationship. Relationships aren't about continuing to live exactly how you want with a girl who'll come over and cook, clean and have sex with you. It's about both of you compromising for the mutual benefit of both of you.

Sometimes I want to play video games for 14 hours on a Saturday and not talk to my wife, rather than go to a farmer's market or something that she likes. And she'd be a jerk if she refused to let me watch sports and instead we just watched what she wanted all the time.

You are going to have to make some compromises or this isn't going to work out. Unless you can find someone that likes the idea of dating, but never living together.

Since both situations are only for a few days this could be an opportunity for you to test living together.
