42 y/o David Spano from Michigan was horrifically killed after he was CRUSHED under 25,000 pounds of MANUFACTURING MOLDING that fell from the plant above him while at work!!

It happened at 10am at Romeo RIM as police received a call on a work accident and once at the scene, police found him dead underneath the equipment as it left one officer VOMITING at the site which was extremely horrific according to reports.....

The 12.5 tonne mold fell on him from an interior wall of the plant according tot he MSCO

The single man was an employee at Romeo manufacturing plant as the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been contacted

Spano died instantly said Fire Chief David Witgen and says their thoughts and prayers are with his family

The plant had zero safety violations for a full year and it was the second one year milestone for the plant in less than 3 years before this..
