I mean as a worker at some job. If you argue with a manager as a customer, you're probably a Karen, which is disgusting in a different way.

I think the only argument I ever had was during a hearing about being too honest and I explained if they wanted to fire me they could but it would just mean they'd have nobody they can rely on to actually work with all the other teams during rollouts

I was apologized to and went back to work

I've had one or two disagreements with my supervisors, but I made it pretty clear that I don't think they're right, and they're usually not happy with it but they can't actually do much since I'm complying.
