Especially on a prom night?Yes I would. Going back in time to when I was 18, why should prom night be an issue? Dress appropriately with your peers and have fun. How do you even define anime fans? Because there's varying degrees like being enthusiasts and watching anime and reading manga when you get home from work, to people being obsessed and making it a lifestyle and in between. Everybody has hobbies. Nothing wrong with nerdy/geeky hobbies own it's own. But if they can't function/act normally as an adult in appropriate times because of an obsession with anime , than no I wouldn't want to go there. --- Less is more.
