Even if you tolerate the potential censorship (and you still dont seem to realize how much problematic content Priconnes mobage has compared to the watered-down anime), theres enough reasons and failed games under Crunchys belt that I dont know why you guys would want to keep giving them another chance.

Crunchyroll has essentially ruined every game they've touched. Even if you take censorship out of the equation they've done shit like "eh I don't like this event personally so we won't localize it"

To anyone playing Azur Lane, i'm getting a little too obsessed with trying to clear the final stage of the DOA event but my units aren't leveled/geared enough, will I be missing anything if I just skip it?

Are you talking SP4 or the EX bonus stage? You don't miss anything other than the event mission rewards (which aren't unique nor outstanding.) What units are you using for your mob/boss fleets?

Boss: Nagisa-Honoka-Ark Royal, Misaki-Yukikaze-Monica
Mobs: Souryuu-Hiryuu-Arizona, Eugen-Helena-Kasumi

Lowest level is Monica at lv.65. Kasumi, Misaki and Honoka are all lv.80+. My gear isn't good though since I just started playing last week, which is why I want to bail and go back to farming regular maps for gear and to level other units.

Okay, that's a pretty good fleet. I think the best advice I can give is positioning at this point. Make sure your tankiest or most evasive (Yukikaze and Eugen at this point) are in the 'first' position in your vanguard. That means the lower left. They will be taking the majority of the hits. Your weakest vanguard ship goes in the Middle. As well, boost their survivability by using Double Line formation. It gives a massive evasion bonus.

Also, Nagisa and Ark Royal both afflict a slow debuff so one is likely being wasted. Keep an eye out for any Toolkits for repairs for your mob fleet. Helena works best in a boss fleet because her extra damage debuff skill is almost perfectly timed for most Air Fleet strikes and Barrages. If you play manually, an Air Strike can be used to clear the screen of shells and bullets during fights.

Souryuu, Hiryuu, and Helena all have retrofits. It's a good place to get some extra stats if you haven't looked already. You're not going to max them out this early but any extra stats will help. A fully retrofitted Hiryuu is great for PVP. Consider PVP fights as free experience btw. Just ensure you're fighting people well below your actual level. There's no point in being in the top tier of PVP so just use that mode for free exp and merit to get Bulins.

All that being said, there's nothing critical about missing SP4 other than ensuring you got your 10k event points for Nyotengu, and grabbed the Volleyball limited item.

Only thing would be event story. The ship drop from SP4 can be bought from the event store.

Well, we were just talking about Magicami in these topics not too long ago. Akisa's the smallest/flattest, but not really loli. Kokoa is called an oppai loli in-game. Everyone else looks like how you'd expect a high school girl to look. Only other loli is Iroha in a flashback h-scene.

To be fair, it would've been the nail in the coffin if that really was the case. For me, anyway. But yeah, the anti-lolis got BTFO'd, and any other THE STATE OF NA shitposts are basically water under the bridge by this point. I'd hope NA doesn't have another disaster anytime soon.

Gold is almost strictly time gated. Commissions, scrapping old gear, daily quests are pretty much the only way to get it easily short of completing missions and waiting for it to accumulate. Some people have used 7-3, but in reality its an average of 250 gold per run and a lot of oil because of the level of the enemy ships.

One option is to use the event points to buy some at a cheap price from the event shop.

Eh, the whole reusing models thing gives Akisa a bit of an edge in looking "older" than you'd expect lolis to be, even if she's still the youngest-looking of the cast. Kind of a borderline case, but I personally never considered her one.

Yeah different dungeon have different level required. Resource dungeon needs lvl 26 only. Can do right away basically.

Awakening Dungeon need level 51.

Evolution dungeon need level 76.

Mirror Rifts need level 166.

I was going to say, I can't think of any gacha I've played personally where lolis made up the majority of the cast. At most, they make up a 1/4 of it, maybe even 1/3, and there's a couple I play which don't seem to have any at all from what I can tell.

I forgot how fun Iron Saga is(despite the unengaging gameplay). Definitely one of those games where you really benefit from looking at beginner guides though since using higher rarity units doesn't benefit you much early on. I lost focus originally but decided to start over and use my resources wisely.

But on the plus side I maxed out waifu Lightning in Opera Omnia. I had to buy her LT weapon with G tokens though, which means 150 whiffed rolls plus 52 tickets. Still, 200 pulls was totally worth it because the hilarity is absolutely GLORIOUS. Her LT skill gives her 3 free turns in addition to breaking all enemies. That, in addition to her Burst and natural speediness adds up to 11 consecutive turns lol. No one gets to move XD

She's good for the majority of the game. She's not best of the best material but still very worthwhile to level up and use. She also gets some of the best skins and fanart of all the ships. I still use her in my Sakura fleet. For Sakura fleet purposes, shes tankier than most because of being a heavy cruiser, but she doesn't excel on that role nor is her DPS insane. That doesn't mean she's bad however. She's probably better than most of the DoA collab units or at least on par.
She's best on the right side I think with her Medium armor. When her torpedo skill procs it's great. But it's only 30% maxed so not the most reliable. Nor is her double damage gun skill anything to talk about considering her low efficiency and lack of extra gun mounts. She's tankier than almost any Destroyer which her offense compares to but she'll never be as good at dealing damage as they are. In short, she's an all-rounder type that doesn't excel in any particular role so she won't see much end game use, which is only 5% of the content anyways.

Yeah it's gonna be great. It looks like Beth will debute for her short story and not be in any of the chapters. The rewards on the Gacha machine event look really good and I already don't know what I'm gonna do.

1 option is Gems and HC, another is Legendary awakening stones and Mileage tickets, the last one is option stones and limit break hammers.

I'm probably going to roll on the gems / HC gacha machine since I've already got enough legendary stones to max awaken someone but but enough hero crystals to max awaken anyone.

Every 24 hours a new task opens up. Some are just submitting gold or blueprints. Others are accumulating a certain amount of XP in battle from a specific set of ships. For Saint Louis I believe you need to use Eagle Union vanguard ships. So Cleveland, Helena, etc...
It's a long grind. You might see an option to speed up the XP grind. Don't do it. Its better to use that particular resource for acquiring Blueprints. All tasks need to be completed before you acquire the ship at level 1. You never need to Limit break them, but they will be weak until development level 20 or so. They are expensive oil wise for what they bring so there's no point in using them until they're brought up to speed.

Did I hinder myself on my quest for the Neptune then? It says if I cancel I wont be able to do another thing for 24 hours. Will I need to finish all the tasks before I start developing another ship?

I mean I only have 15 of the required 20 vanguard ships to start Neptune, but on the off chance I get those 5, will I need to cancel my stuff with the Saint Louis first?

Everything you do is saved. You don't need to complete all tasks to switch. They don't want players switching every 5 minutes. It just means you can't switch back to Saint Louis for 24 hours. At least that's my understanding. I've never switched mid-development before.

You can switch what PR ship you're going for, but you can only do it once a day. Progress (gained XP, unlocked missions) doesn't reset or anything, but you can only go after one PR ship at a time, so most people probably just keep it on their target while they're doing XP/blueprint grinds. And for reference, Eagle Union and Royal Navy ships are some of the most ship-heavy factions, so they're often the first targets to go after.

In addition to XP, Priority ships also need a ton of gold, some cubes, and a certain amount of gold blueprints (for their ship type) to use. You can get the blueprints by farming Hard stages past chapter three (IIRC). Not sure how far you are in the game.
