This is the biggest fire pit me and my buddies ever dug

6 feet wide, and it used to be 6 feet deep, but this pic is after it had seen heavy frequent use, so it's half full of ashes and sand

Took some digging, but I found a fresher pic if the deep pit



That beam going across it was a handicap sign from the local Park's parking lot. After the inferno had heated it up a bit, it would become a little springy and we'd walk across it and bounce it like a trampoline
