I shouldn't need to put spoiler warning for 5 considering everything about the plot is pure speculation at this point.

Dewey,Gale,Sidney and Judy Hicks are the only returning characters as of now.

Rumors are there is going to be flashbacks due to recent set photos which show older vehicles like from Scream 1 and Skeet Ulrich is supposedly involved which would mean flashbacks since he was shot in the head at the end of 1. A theory is that one of the new characters is going to be his son, i would like for that to be true but not have his son be the killer. Have him be a red herring otherwise it's such a cop out.

Roger L Jackson is back as the voice of Ghostface, there is nobody better to voice the character.

A lot of set photos have been released and short video of a scene being filmed.

I liked all the movies minus Scream 3.

where are they streaming so I can rewatch them?

I wonder why they stopped making these movies. Did Scary Movie ruin the horror for a while? Lol

Scream 3 was not well received and Scream 4 underperformed.

and also neve campell doesnt like horror movies so they are never sure if they are gonna be able to get her
she was barely in scream 3 cause she didnt want to do it
and they had to do 2 scripts for scream 4 one with sidney and one without cause they werent sure she would do it
so its pretty good that they got her signed up for scream 5 already

There was rumors that she was gonna join the cast before it was announced that she signed on. Scream doesn't work without Sidney really.

Scream 3 was not well received and Scream 4 underperformed.

Scream 4 was fucking awesome, I actually liked that one best (followed by Scream 2). Scream 4 was the only movie in which I was actually able to predict the killers.
