I was kinda dissatisfied with it. Word was spreading of filming and his pranks were getting harder to pull off. That having been said, I thought this was an admirable effort. The key difference is in the overarching plot. The original Borat took a "less is more" approach and just had the scenes tied together by a simple Borat/Azumat road trip. This time, the plot involves his relationship with his daughter and uses significantly more screen time. Unfortunately, the material is too repetitive to be consistently funny, and too cartoonish to actually be affecting. Despite Maria Bakalova having good comedic chemistry with Cohen, these scenes feel like an endurance test. The "real person interaction" scenes are generally gold, though, especially in the second half. The scenes with Rudy Giuliani, the Wuhan Flu sing-along and the fertility dance can go toe-to-toe with anything in the original Borat.
