Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Ive got it under control enough that I can cope without meds, though, so I deemed it not a serious one. It sucks, but I feel I can generally handle it at this point.

I don't have anything diagnosed or are under meds but I get intense panic and anxiety thinking of being in the same physical space and presence as people that have animosity and dislike or hatred for me, and it's caused me trouble finding the strength to attend meetings or workplaces where said people are present and may run into them

it's probably anxiety, right?

Im not diagnosed with anything but I have fairly strong anxiety when Im around other people. It doesnt matter if I know them or like them, I just worry about what every person I encounter thinks about me. Its awful. Also Im a little paranoid.

I do suffer from a pretty severe biological depression. It's taken a long time and whole lot of work, but I've been able to get it mostly under control. Being social and even just having conversations with friends used to be completely exhausting. But now I genuinely enjoy spending time around others and hanging out with people I care about. I still really struggle with finding the motivation and drive to make significant changes or decisions, though. I probably always will. But I get by, and I'm very content with living a simple life.

Schizophrenia, but well-managed with medication and therapy. Only hear whispers and faint murmurs nowadays.

I have minor mental health issues, but they will eventually down the line cripple me and/or ruin my life if I do absolutely nothing about them.

I'm not going to say you're wrong, because I don't know any specific studies that show one way or the other off the top of my head. But I can say that I was extremely active in sports and outdoor activities when I was younger and it didn't prevent my depression in the slightest.

And dismissive attitudes towards mental health like that are a big problem in society today. It's comments like those that keep people from seeking the help they need to deal with issues that can be absolutely crippling.

Currently 100 mg clozaril twice a day. Early on was much higher and even overdosed a few times as I had convinced myself that they were intentionally withholding drugs from me rather than the usual delusion of not wanting to take it.
