Current Events > Pretty sure my coworker is jealous of me

So Ive been kind of seeing one of our other coworkers the past couple months, but nothing like official or anything. On Saturday, we were drinking with a couple others and the first coworker got pretty drunk, which is normal cause hes kind of a lightweight and has been fasting so it hit harder and quicker.

Anyway, he was kind of flirting with the girl Ive been seeing throughout the night and apparently even grabbed her ass once. The next day though, she told him that she was kind of going for someone else and I dont think hes taken it well. I barely see him at work (I normally start around when he leaves) but he hasnt really talked to me at all anymore and even a third coworker told me today he was kind of acting strange today and being really to himself and whatnot.

idk, I think its kind of funny in a way, especially because hes almost twice the age as the girl. And like, hes worked with her for waaaay longer (just started at this place last year) so I think its funny. She also said he was like her best friend to me so idk why hes getting all mopey....he should know she doesnt feel that way anyway.

I mean yeah kind of, but like, theyve been friends for over a year before I even started. Like been playing DnD in a group together for awhile until COVID too. So like, hes had ample time if he wanted >_>

I mean, I just think its funny that someone whos 39 is jealous that a 20/almost 21 year old is going after a 28 year old. Like again, hes almost double her age and he has two kids.

I also dont really care if he does get passive aggressive/is jealous. Never was a fan of him anyway because he doesnt really do that much at work it feels like.

I mean, she lives at the house where they would do DnD and the main DM (who also lives there) is someone that we have game/movie night every week with so that wouldnt happen lol
