I can agree to a point with almost all of them except no eating and dont leave your seat.

the rigidity of most of these rules can definitely be an undue burden on students with certain needs, but Im not familiar with whatever conditions need you walking around the classroom freely or snacking all the time. >_>

I remember having a friend in high school that whipped out a sandwich and bag of chips during class. For some reason he decided to pop the bag of chips open and he sprayed the dude sitting in front of him with chips. That memory will stick with me forever. The best part is that he wasn't particularly rebellious or anything like that - he probably just didn't consider the time and place.

The idea is that we get told it's unprofessional to eat while working which is why school forbids it... But I think most people who have worked an office job have had a snack or been forced to work and eat at their desk before.

Walking around is also something most people can do periodically at work, even if it's just to stretch for a few seconds before moving on to a new task. Sitting still for 90+ minute classes in high school sucked ass so much.

some students might need to eat to maintain their blood sugar, or something, and someone on the spectrum might find it difficult to stay in their seat for hours on end

Yeah, staying in your seat and tests are about the only one I'd disagree with on that list.

Some people do need to eat a little bit to maintain blood sugar. I remember a girl in middle school who used to always eat a pack of crackers or something in English class.
