I'm like 10 years older than her. I don't know if I should even try. Haven't been successful with women that much younger than me. :/

You're always risking something by going after coworkers, but I honestly don't know what advice I could give other than that.

i agree it's generally bad going for coworkers but i do work with people that are married and work together.

is this job one you're planning to retire at? if things went bad then how often would you still end up having to see her? ages? are we talking like 18/28 or like 30/40? the older you are the more "normal" it is. but yea if it's like a 18-21 year old then you'll definitely get a lot of weird looks and who knows if she's open to an older guy.

Nah, I don't plan to retire here.

Yeah. I'm in my early 30s. I just met her so I don't really know her very well.

edit: I think she's 21.

If there is chemistry, go for it.

Just make sure it isn't jus the novelty of working with a cute new girl.

well doesn't hurt to try. but i would just try to feel her out and not make a move unless you think she's interested. do you even know if she's single?

I wouldn't say don't date coworkers, but definitely tread lightly and abort if there are any signs she isn't into it
