Life i think would become extinct in the universe long before the actual end, if I understand it right. So we have less time than that but still a very long time. Longer than the complete time that earth has existed

Entrophy dont mean shit, if we survive long enough that we need to worry about it more than random space rocks and the flu then we have the tech to survive it. Can harvest way more energy orbiting a blackhole than you can with a dyson sphere
