Heaven doesn't exist, but if it did, no, because fetuses don't have souls according to Abrahamic texts. They have to breathe first to be imbued with such and before that are considered an extension of the woman's body (texts say the thigh, but that's typically an old-school way of saying genitals, woo).

They aren't baptized, so I'm guessing they probably go to the same limbo as infants.

Why do you suddenly ask?

Given that they lack intellect I don't see how that would work.

I mean, if you had to go to heaven, that would probably be the best way to do it since you don't really have conciousness or memory yet, so it wouldn't be quite as bad and spending eternity doing ANYTHING.

I don't know, but that would be a bad idea because dogs in heaven would chew on them. Hopefully God has realized this.

It depends on the specific sect but they typically either get either an unconditional pass into heaven, a location in limbo, or placed on the outskirts of hell. This usually depends on if the sect believes in the notion of Limbo or not as well as what it does with the idea of the 'Noble Heathen'. That is to say a person who lived a good and godly life despite never having the chance to know God for whatever reason. Depending on how the sect treats those two questions the unborn get considered to be in the same or a similar boat since they never had a chance to develop a relationship with God. Following the birth is usually a several day 'grace period' (usually so the family can adjust) before some ritual in which the parents promise to raise the child in a good and godly manner and/or baptism. This is usually believed to 'cover' the newborn throughout their childhood until they are old enough to consciously accept or reject God. So if your family belongs to the right sect of Christianity you're effectively 'covered' and get into Heaven or at least Limbo until you're an adult/teen.

In reality there's no real way to know. The Bible doesn't go into much detail about what Hell is really like and while it preaches the idea that all are sinners and condemned to hell except by the grace of God it doesn't say if said grace is extended to those who were never even born yet. Though considering Jesus is known to have loved children a lot it would seem very odd for him to be unwilling to at least try to intercede on the behalf of the unborn and those too young to make a decision.
