MI4 REAL 10/10/20 9:35:59 PM #5:	storms are regional. You can drive in a storm and suddenly it stops, meaning you drove out of a storm. It doesn't affect the entire region unless it's large. Also storms move. And so do tornadoes. Tornadoes can also change course. --- "Er...well, y'know. Eevee-Trainer 10/10/20 10:04:42 PM #6:	It varies. Touchdown or a clear funnel cloud is an obvious cause for a warning, but these can be hard to find at night or when the tornado is rain-wrapped. If radar has some strong indicators of one (e.g. circulating air, unusual wind speeds, a debris cloud, a so-called "hook echo"), a warning might be issued for those reasons, just in case one is there that no one has spotted.
