You grow to like your students and want them to do well. I'll admit though that I've had great disdain for more than 1 student who I simply gave up on and pretty much ignored.

Also it's their job to care. Their job is to teach. The best measure of how they are doing their job is student performance. If students aren't getting good grades, it's a sign that the teacher isn't doing their job well enough. Additionally, the teacher might have lived through some of the things that the student did, and is disheartened the student is making the same mistakes that the teacher did once upon a time.

Omgg!!! cuz they know very well doing the job that they not going to get paid enough and definitely know the amount of debt involved to get there wont get paid anytime soon so they try their best to really care off the bat and usually is the very same
