Try taking a break from spending too much time with electronic devices. It can screw with your reward system. At least that's what I'm trying to do somewhat.

It's the times man. Covid is keeping us inside unless you wanna risk it so you can "live your life" and a lot of people just aren't built to be in such isolation for long periods of time. CE is okay as a community but so much of it is toxic and isn't really a good substitute for real life social interactions and such.

Did come up with an idea to look up fancy recipes to try to make with the wife, since we don't have time to actually get out and see anything with college and work going on. So we'll see how that goes. I don't bake but I thought it would be a productive activity. @RedJackson Thanks for that lol.
