Property Theft

I had my Trump/Pence signs stolen last night between 11 pm and 5:30am. Other neighbor's around me with Trump signs also had them stolen!!! I also had an incident reported where a painted rock with B/H 2020 Peace and Kindness was placed on my mailbox and also my Republican neighbor's on September 15th. Please watch your property!

Idk why they're so upset, someone clearly vandalized their yards by putting Trump signs in them and whoever removed them was trying to increase the neighborhood property values

half the time i see those signs, they're not in the persons yard but on the median between the sidewalk and the street. those are actually illegal, its a form of littering, so all that person was doing was properly disposing of garbage.

Property values are sort of based on recent sales, right? Or at least that's how appraisals are figured out. If houses are having a hard time selling in an area, prices go down so people will be more likely to buy

HOA isn't the government, and the solution there is to threaten the placement of a 40ft HAM radio tower in your yard. they cant say no to that, but no one wants a radio tower in their neighborhood.

that strip is on my plat and it isn't excluded in any of the verbiage

i've got no idea how your state handles it, but i know for a fact that though my property deed has a fairly basic diagram that shows the median and sidewalk, it also clearly denotes that the property i own is within the sidewalk boarder and doesn't cover the median area. i also know thats the general way medians are handled, since the state uses them for placing trees/signposts/barricades/utility lines.
