No, i'm not really fond of black pepper. You are better off using garlic and onion powder, maybe a bit of paprika and salt. Cayenne is a much better option if you want a little heat. Grated parmesan cheese is a good topping for vegetables also, with a little bit of olive oil and salt. Too much black pepper just overpowers.

You put red cayenne pepper on already cooked food or you season it first then cook it?

Always season first before cooking, and season generously

Fresh cracked peppercorn makes a lot of difference than the powdered stuff premade in a shaker. I have a peppermill with black and white peppercorn in it, I do use it a lot when I make steak, I just don't like a ton of it.

Too much pepper doesn't fully digest in your stomach leaving sand like substances rolling through your intestines. Enough meals of it and you can have a lot of that rubbing against your intestine lining as food passes over the top of it, creating ulcers.

Damn really? That sucks wang. Obamacare still exists right? If so then I shouldn't have to worry about that

Entirely, yes. Not even trying to be a food elitist or anything. Anything fresh pressed/ground is always going to be better than pre-ground in a plastic container.
