Ok, while that is more in line with what I think they're going for.... my first impulse was something REALLY dumb; a person riding a bike through a loop-de-loop, but their bike gets stuck at the top. You can make a 2D plaforming maze game where the world spins as your character runs and the goal is to make it to the top to get out of the maze but it's easy to fall back down to lower levels. It can't be *that* hard to actually design because the mechanics are pretty straightforward so you'd just need to build up the maze component.

I had a mini-panic attack trying to figure out skeletal animations... skeletal animations are simply beyond my headspace for now
