depending on trump's health if he were to have to step down from office or worse...

currently it's william henry harrison at 31 days

Note: Harrison was also a Hoosier, so Pence would continue the tradition of Indiana presidents serving 1-month terms.

What would happen if Trump were to die before the election? Would Pence take his place on the ballot?

before the popular vote: the republican party can put anyone on the ballot (whether there is time to reprint them or not)

between popular vote and electoral college vote: the republican party can put anyone on the EC ballot, but the voters are under no obligation to pass Trump/Pence votes onto the new R ticket

after the EC vote but before inauguration day: nobody knows, it's never come up. very likely would just apply rules of succession. though which incoming officials would be allowed to assume their post-inauguration day spot is also unclear.

Even if this topic wasn't made in extremely, extremely poor taste, it would still be factually wrong.

The presidency changes hands on January 20th, which is well over 3 months from now.

Speaker of the House is third in line for the presidency. If both Trump and Pence both die, Pelosi becomes president.
