In the shope I have checked every cola and they all contain the ingredient aspartame, the only cola that doesn't have it is Green Cola. I have checked every type of Pepsi and Coca Cola that has no sugar, but it always contains aspartame.

what did you read? everything ive read said they can't find anything good or bad and that most articles saying its bad are funded by sugar companies

Aspertame is only unhealthy if you consume it in large quantities daily and give in to the sugar cravings it causes sometimes

most diet sodas use aspartame for sweetener. try Coke Zero or Pepsi Max, those use a different sweetener (basically splenda)
