blu 09/30/20 8:35:11 AM #1:	Most chief positions want leadership experience. But...this is a clinical job. You don't have projects to lead or people to manage unless you're the manager. You do the work as it comes up through the day. It's not a hierarchy of middle management you can get promoted through or a project you can lead others on.
