Geisterdrache 09/29/20 12:52:05 AM #7:	All things being equal, and not including Scots or Frisian, it's generally the easiest language for an English speaker to learn. It's not that weird really. Its shared Germanic roots will become clearer as you study it, should you choose to do so. Step mom is Dutch and have been over there (Netherlands) several times. Duolingo is pretty good for getting your feet wet. As jon said, Duolingo is a good way to get your feet wet and see how you feel about the language.
