Maridia for me, but hells I couldn't figure out that super bomb in the glass tunnel thing for the life of me and needed a damn magazine tip. This was back when it was new so a looooong time ago.

While probably my least favorite to actually play through, the Wrecked Ship probably has the best esthetic of any Metroid area period. Just the fact that not only is it so creapy, but the level doesn't even start until you beat the boss of it is pretty cool.
