I can do 10 or 11 depending on how I feel. It's hard to keep from bending my knees up on the last couple reps

Also I've been stuck on that number for awhile, I've also been stuck on my push ups count

Unweighted maybe 11. Weighted with my dip belt I add 2.5 lbs a week an try to do 3x8

10 years ago I could have done loads. Had very high proportional strength.

However, I'm both heavier and weaker now so probably only a couple.

Lol. He just needs to exercise if he cares. No reason to get a doctor involved. A life coach, if anything. I could use a life coach myself. But I can't afford one. The life coach I could afford would probably be preferred to be paid in heroine.

That's where I fall short. I get winded when I run a block or 2. Sometimes even get intense side pains. I can play bad minton for an hour or 2 tho. I just need those little resting moments everywhere

I dont workout anymore but I can still do about 13. Most I've done was 30 and when I use to workout I'd he able to do 2 sets of 20 when I was 195lbs.

Bar below the neck, on the same level as your clavicle, drop until top of head is below the bar, repeat. I'm going on 40, I don't go straight arm down because it's harder on the elbows.
