It will only get worse as 2/7 on the team have put in their notices for next month, another 2/7 are rookies that can only work at 50% capacity. To the extent that I smoke like 3-5x as much outside because Im less anxious overall outside. Just saying that to say, take it easy if you try. It works for a lot of people's anxieties. But if you're like me, it could make it worse instead. I know the exact feeling you're talking about. Luckily I shake it because it wasn't everything crashing down like you're explaining. But I got a phone call the other day about something bad going on with my niece and was immediately hit with everything feeling pointless. What I was watching felt pointless, everything I had been thinking about felt pointless, anything I could get up and do in that moment felt pointless. But eventually I had to tell myself that giving into that wasn't gonna help me, the situation or anyone involved. I hope you end up back on an incline soon man. But I am hearing now could be June 2021 before we even consider coming back into the office. I think I might need to find a new job that causes me to still interact with people face to face and at a work location.
