like, straight black tea (lipton bags?) -- coffee.

But there's a lot of tea that's like, honey lemon ginger or anything hibiscus and those are better than coffee with cream and sugar imo.

This. I enjoy green tea. Have it almost every day.

They mostly very different products. Like tea has subtle herbal and fruity flavor while the other has in-your-face bitterness with rich depth.

properly brewed coffee should not taste bitter. bitterness is a sign of over extraction (brewed wrong).

Beyond being hot caffeinated drinks they aren't even comparable.

I prefer coffee but it taste absolutely nothing like tea and vice versa.

Great tea is flavorful in a naturally pleasing way while coffee is gonna have some bite. Although I vastly prefer coffee, I dont like it straight black.

Black coffee and plain tea are both pretty boring.

I say coffee personally
