Game's super, super tropey. Like, they just go through every anime cliche and tick them off one by one. Not a complaint, I'm loving it! Also, they've done a really good job of making it impossible to know what's going on. Chapters are in random orders that constantly jump back and forth in time. There's a useful timeline that unlocks as you go to keep track of things for each character, but in the moment, it's so hard to follow. Again, not a complaint. Also, the mech stuff isn't as bad as I thought it'd be, but eh, I'd still rather just have pretty cutscenes or something. --- Still the number one reason for the success of the Internet. I just got some big revelations and I wanna keep playing until I know all the mysteries, but I need to sleep. And I'm surprised that I like all 13 MCs as equally as I do. Ogata's obviously best boy, but the rest aren't far behind. Protip for anyone who picks it up, invest all your chips into unlocking the terminal upgrades early, so you can max out the score multipliers and chip multipliers. There are a LOT of Mystery Files and you only unlock Mystery Points with your score in the RTS mode, so it's the best way to get files early and avoid having to grind for points later. And the game's easy enough that you don't have to worry about levelling your characters too much, at least until after the first boss, and once you've got the chip multiplier, you'll be rolling in chips to upgrade everything anyhow. --- Still the number one reason for the success of the Internet. Need to do some RTS stuff tomorrow to unlock more progress on the other characters. I'm pretty sure I've figured out the big reveal. I've managed to figure out a few twists before they happened, but mostly because the game is good at foreshadowing stuff, plus I got lucky with the order I played some characters in. That said, there's still a bunch of stuff I'm unclear on. I swear, when I finish this game I'm gonna need to go through every event on the full-length timeline just to get my head around the order of events. ZaziGuado 10/06/20 6:46:21 PM #22:	I've unlocked every viewpoint except for one so far. I've been spreading myself amongst every character pretty evenly and none are above 50% yet in Remembrance. I'm enjoying the story to this point. It darts all over the place with a ton of reveals of information that you know are important but can't quite tell how it fits into the overall narrative yet. It feels simultaneously like slow burn and a rollercoaster. It's very unlike anything I've ever played. I've only done three battles in Destruction thus far. It has yet to really grip me, but I'm sure (read: hoping) it'll open up more.
