I've changed so much about myself for the better yet I feel no better about myself from when and where I started, worse honestly. Why am I like this?

What did you change?

I lost 110lbs by exercising regularly, cutting out soft drinks, fast food/junk food/fried foods, started being more socially active with a real circle of friends getting out and doing stuff more (pre corana of course) and got a better job.

Despite all this, I still feel like shit and don't have a high opinion of myself still.

Personal question, what do you really want to do, TC?

I wish I had an answer, I lost all this weight all on my own for health purposes, the hopes it'd help me find a gf, and a better job and I certainly feel better healthwise but emotionally and mentally I feel no different and often times worse

because based on my experiences ive found that more people liked me and talked to me on the days that i was the most confident and i was left alone on the days that i couldnt really be reached?
