I would rank it as HIMYM > Friends > TBBT. TBBT is a pandering mess, which HIMYM eventually became to stupid MRA types with Barney, but HIMYM at least tried to be funny outside of "Sheldon pops out of a ballpit and says Bazinga while Leonard tries to catch him, and someone makes a surface level comic book joke". As silly as it is, HIMYM characters felt human, while TBBT characters felt like cardboard cutouts. Never gonna forget when that lady from Garfunkel and Oates nearly kisses Raj, then goes "never mind, panic attack!" in a cheery voice before running off screen.
Friends is mediocre. Everyone compared HIMYM to Friends, but I don't really like the characters from Friends at all whereas I did really like the HIMYM characters. And even then, even the shitty dated humor of Friends rises above the mediocre tokenism of The Big Bang Theory. --- There are no pan-asian supermarkets down in hell, so you can't buy Golden Boy peanuts.
