I have been off sodas for like 8 years, and I am thinking about hoping back on the wagon with sprite. I mean I mess soda so much. I know a few people around here know about losing pounds. Would adding Sprite back do that much harm.If not Sprite Canada Dry

I heard the food coloring that goes into dark soda's made them worse. And beyond that I am not a fan of Pepsi.. just Sprite.

Go for the Safeway Select liter waters.

They have flavor unlike shit like LaCroix and AHA yet are still water and have the carbonation that makes it feel like soda.

The closest I get to soda anymore is ginger every once in a while when I'm getting drunk. Most sodas are just too sweet for me now that I don't drink them regularly. I drank a ton when I was a teen though. Thank God I was involved in a lot of sports or I'd probably be a real fat kid.

Idk if this is a brand exists where you are but clear american is a great soda replacement, it comes in all sorts of flavors including lemon lime that i think tastes even better than sprite. I've never wanted to go back to soda once I got it. Soda kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth now.
