Game has a really cool stat system where your personality affects stats and what your personality affects both dialogue and what you can do in the game. I'd like more RPGs to implement this but maybe in a less annoying way (I'm just not into the humor). Its like a better single player borderlands but still not that entertaining because its still a FPS.

It needs to tone down the humor, it just got obnoxious after a while.

It's basically just the old Fallout mechanic, and Bioware used to use it to some degree. Basically, instead of having a separate stat for speech checks, you tie speech checks into your skill base. So, for example, if you need to convince someone to help you, you might be able to notice they're sick and offer to help them if you have the Medicine skill or high Perception, or you could use Barter to bribe them, or high Strength to intimidate them, etc.

The main problem is that it requires more work, and extra lines of dialogue (and recorded VO in voiced games), so most developers these days have no interest in doing it.

I actually like FPSes, and didn't find it all that entertaining, because it's not a very good FPS.

I also didn't find it all that entertaining as a fan of story-intensive RPGs, because the story wasn't very good, either.

Or at least be more intelligent/subtle about it.

There are ways to deliver effective satire, and none of them involve constantly smashing you in the face with a hammer yelling "GET IT? CAPITALISM IS BAD! WHY AREN'T YOU LAUGHING?!"
