He has to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that his life was 100% in danger for his actions and he will have trouble doing that. He would have stood a much better chance if he also was defending his home but unfortunately for this kid he crossed state lines with the intention of potentially using his gun, very easy for the prosecution to paint this kid as a psycho. At that age I had trouble keeping my head, and controlling the gun in my pants. Last thing I needed was another one to be responsible for. Realistically, he was raised for this moment it seems. Parents couldve had him in boxing or some other sport but instead this is what they chose for him. AND hes been to Trump rallies. They double fucked him.
