depending on the shipping company they can send it to the business they're working or if they have amazon just have em put it in a locker to pick up later.

The signature thing is the best way to prevent theft. Would be nice if people didn't steal though, so you can get your packages with no problem, it's a flawless system except that people steal... And lie.
