As a teenager I wanted to spend my gap year on a kibbutz. After I got old enough to actually realise how Israel treats the Palestinian people, theres no chance in hell I would ever go there.

Removing her ability to practice seems to be all about you can do. You can't really have criminal charges without threatening a specific person. It would be good fodder for a lawsuit or prosecution should it be revealed she did in fact purposely misdiagnose someone, but not sure if it's even possible to prove.

All she had to do to avoid this outcome was to not say "if I ever treat a Jewish patient, I'll give them the wrong medicine". That's literally everything she had to do to keep her medical license. That's such a serious comment for a doctor to make, and it deserves the full amount of scrutiny and punishment it's garnered.

Being a doctor is a serious profession, and as someone who holds such a great amount of power over the life of their patient, doctors need to be professional and they need to be held accountable for their actions and for their statements. If you state that you'll deliberately commit malpractice against a race, religion, gender or ethnic group, then the full force of the law and of any relevant disciplinary committee should be levelled against you.

Her life isn't over, she can find another job. Her career as a doctor is over because she made a bunch of really serious claims that threw her integrity and ethics as a doctor into question. All she had to do to keep her job was to not publically state that she would discriminate against a group of people by committing malpractice - i can't feel sorry for her, because she brought this on herself.

This. Or they have a bad encounter with someone of a different race and hold a grudge, regardless if it is the other person's fault or that of the person who becomes a bigot. Plenty of other reasons really, some justified and some not, that makes people start to hate other people. I don't care if people don't like people for whatever personal reason, UNTIL they try to overstep their bounds and try to use whatever power or influence they or their friends, etc., have to discriminate against them for no reason, be it out on the street, in a business, or the workplace. That's when it becomes evil and shouldn't be permitted or tolerated.

Her life might be over but if her dumb whore racist ho ass was going into the medical field I'd assume she's smart so she can get another degree in something else that can make her a lot of money then just wear a wig in public and legally change her name and maybe move to another state and she can start a new life with zero worries.
