we will just say we hit 500 instead of it purged. I have been crazy busy lately so havent been able to check in. Been working a lot with my coach and the volume is crushing me but lifts are going great.

I want to get back into benching. Used to max out at 240lbs (I weigh 142). But then my chest started hurting so I stopped. I dont want to go heavy again, I just want my chest to be bigger. Pushups arent cutting it.

dude i think if you were benching 240 and had a small chest then your issue is that you're under-eating, not under-exercising

My chest has never been buff. Its not scrawny or anything, but not like what it could/can be.

Also, by max I mean literally one rep. I also eat a ton. A lot of it is junk food though. Greasy, sugary, fried, etc. But I will admit that I dont eat the absorbent amounts that getting buff call for.
