I just wanted some plain ordinary baked lays since the local stores never carry any...

I go to Amazon, and a bag of them is up to $220 (ish, and CND) now.

Nope, but the reviews are rather weirdly suspicious... half of them are saying the chips they got were broken, bags open, and expired; and the other half are, like, are praising the deliciousness of chips like they've never had chips before

various things:

- there are often severely over-priced items on these kinds of online stores that have many different third-party sellers (similar to a WoW auction house or something). this happens on Wal-Mart store, maybe NewEgg (though now that I think of it I don't recall any), and on Amazon.

- this is a case of 64 bags of chips. you're paying ~$3.32 per bag. I think that might still be a lousy deal since these are small bags of chips.

- I'm pretty sure there is no bidding involved here. (let me know if I'm wrong since that'd be interesting.)

- not 100% sure, but I think in some cases reviews for similar items can be merged together into the same stream. so often you'll see reviews for "chips" but not necessary that size or flavor or whatever.
