Haven't bought honeydew in a long time. Cut one open today and it's delicious. Sweet and refreshing and has a good texture. Not mushy but also not too crisp.

It's damn good but harder to pick out. At least with cantaloupe you know what you're getting and have a good leeway on ripening it. Fuck up like 3ms and honeydew turns into baby food.
