alright, i see now what all the whining is about, i didn't see it up until now because for some reason i made the mistake of thinking even you guys wouldn't make an argument which is not only extremely petty, unfit for the situation and is clearly a sad attempt at distracting from trump doing a good, but also false.

i'll try to explain why it's false in a way even a 5 year old would understand, there is probably no point is doing so because if you're that petty and disingenuous to argue about that to begin with then you won't listen to anything i say but whatever...

^this sentence is factually correct, hence true.
me bringing a bottle of water to a desert doesn't mean i brought all the water in the world to the desert, it doesn't mean the desert turned into an ocean...it just means i brought water to a desert.

in the same way, president trump and the team he personally made initiating and brokering a peace deal between 2 countries in the middle east who have been enemies for many decades makes the statement "trump brought peace to the middle east" true.

but again, this isn't important, what's important is the fact this is supposed to be a joyous moment all across the board, yet people here are literally unable to just say "that's good" or even a simple "yay", people here clearly rather downplay this achievement by any means necessary because they hate the achiever and start asinine fights, which imo is really illuminating and telling of said peoples character and how seriously they should be taken and treated in the future.

there is no such thing as "minor peace" or "small peace" or "big peace", there is just "peace", trump got a peace deal in the middle east, then he brought peace to middle east, it's that simple.

This isn't just mildly relieved tensions, we are witnessing live the breaking of the famous three no's arab nations declared back in 1967, no peace with israel, no recognition of israel, no negotiation with israel, this specific deal opens the gate for more arab countries to make peace with israel, as jared kushner claimed, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are following suit and if we're optimistic even more muslim countries will join the fray, a future with an israel not in conflict is impossible without the step that is currently being made.

If he didn't resolve all conflict in the middle east (i.e. "big" peace), then this would be "small peace" or "minor peace".

Again, sorta maybe one day making a relationship that might make peace. It's a nice sentiment but it's completely contrary to the stated interests of the arab nations. This could maybe possibly one day sorta lead to better lives for the Jews, but probably not.
