When I was 25/26. I was ambitiously working out in preperation for an 18km obstacle run and a theatre play of Hamlet, and I was doing a teacher's course. The class that I was in was the first one that wasn't full of unmotivated douchebags, and it was actually a fun cohesive bunch of people.
I was also getting my first three (and only ones so far) tattoos during those years. Things were going well and I felt stronger and better than I had ever been. Now I'm 33. Teacher career went nowhere. Obstacle running events became monotonous and cater more to the people who participate for the fun of it (as opposed to the challenge of it). Stuck in a dead-end job with irregular hours, which prevents me from being able to commit to a longterm acting project. Still, I make enough to survive on, work out enough to stay healthy, get onstage by performing in karaoke bars and date and get laid from time to time, so things could definitely be worse. Got no longterm prospects at the moment though. Not sure what could get me thrilled about the future at this point though. --- One time, CE triggered me so hard with their objectively wrong opinions that I accidentally punched myself in the balls. ...
