A mobile home as in a prefabricated house that gets delivered by truck to a small lot in a larger community?

My grandma used to live in one, and my mom's husband's mom did, too.

Wasn't bad, but they were pretty quiet neighborhoods generally. I've heard stereotypes about mobile home communities before and didn't really think that applied to where they lived.

Yes, theres a lot of trailer parks in south jersey, I know this Colombian guy that bought a trailer there, we go there in the summer (its on the main road to the ocean) like 70% of the people live there year round.

Yes there's a lot of them in TN. You may consider looking into manufactured homes also if you don't intend on moving it once you buy it.

there's not much of a stigma about living in one of those.
i had to live in one it was okay but it got cold in the winter (kinda sucked).

couldn't use a heater because the electric bill was about 2-3x higher than in the city.
