A mobile home as in a prefabricated house that gets delivered by truck to a small lot in a larger community?
My grandma used to live in one, and my mom's husband's mom did, too. Wasn't bad, but they were pretty quiet neighborhoods generally. Yes, theres a lot of trailer parks in south jersey, I know this Colombian guy that bought a trailer there, we go there in the summer (its on the main road to the ocean) like 70% of the people live there year round.

Yes there's a lot of them in TN. You may consider looking into manufactured homes also if you don't intend on moving it once you buy it.

there's not much of a stigma about living in one of those.
i had to live in one it was okay but it got cold in the winter (kinda sucked). couldn't use a heater because the electric bill was about 2-3x higher than in the city. --- Explorers In The Further Regions Of Experience, demons to some, Angels To Others: Pinhead ... Copied to Clipboard!
