JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, it's worth watching just for Part 2, really fun series that often makes just as much sense in context as it does out of context. First 3 parts are English dubbed on Netflix, Hulu has Part 4 subbed. MHA is a huge action anime about an academy that trains future heroes, while OPM is a parody anime about a hero who's so bullshittingly strong that he usually wins fights in one punch and is always bored because no one's strong enough to give him a challenge. MHA's story and OPM's comedy are both great, and both series have awesome action scenes. I mentioned Nichijou before, which is a show about five schoolgirls (one of whom is a super genius and another is a robot built by the aforementioned super genius) that just get into completely random and insane situations in their daily lives. Like, I'm talking "watching the school principal fight a deer to the death" and "girl running from the cops so nobody sees the gay porn she drew" and other crazy shit like that. It's absolutely hysterical. There's also more down-to-earth comedies like Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun (about a girl who falls in love with a guy but instead of getting a date with him she becomes his assistant making manga) and Recovery Of An MMO Junkie (about a group of young adults who play an MMO game together and hang out both in the game and in real life) to check out. Slice-of-life shows are often closely associated with the "cute girls doing cute things" style of anime, but there are some good comedies out there with partly/mostly male casts as well, these two among them. MHA is a huge action anime about an academy that trains future heroes, while OPM is a parody anime about a hero who's so bullshittingly strong that he usually wins fights in one punch and is always bored because no one's strong enough to give him a challenge. MHA's story and OPM's comedy are both great, and both series have awesome action scenes.
