BigB0ss13 08/06/20 5:31:17 AM #1:	Even with reports of China using it to spy and gather info? Cause the app is made specifically for these kind of videos. It is unique just like the other popular social media apps. Others can imitate but won't replicate. If you don't have the app and used it yourself, you wouldn't understand. You wouldn't use Instagram for tweeting just like you wouldn't use twitter for posting pics and vids. You can do either things or similar to it on either platform (people use pics of stuff they write so its kinda like tweeting) but each app is specified to do that one thing and do it 100 times better than other apps. Just hope that Microsoft buys TikTok like they're in the talks to do it then you can have Americans spying on you instead and put your minds at ease that it isn't a foreign country that is doing the spying. You put stuff out there, get a few followers and likes, a few comments, but doesn't feel like you're going anywhere fast. Then you get tiktok, and put stuff out there. In a short time you have hundreds, then thousands of followers, with tons of comments. Why bother with the others when you feel like you have a larger platform on tiktok? It's because it's fake. It fakes the numbers for you, puts in fake comments, makes you think you matter. It feeds that need of getting those internet points, to the point where a lot of users don't care about the spying shit. That's not to say there are tiktok stars.
