After dealing heavily with GI issues, yes, it's possible for literally anything to wreck your guts despite something thats almost identical being totally fine.

That's it though, a sorbet isn't a dairy product.

Something else in it is doing the dirty to you.

side note; the material in my mouse pad (which is about 20 years old now) is starting to deteriorate... it crumbles away and feels like, well, it as a texture very similar to Blackforest Cake

I did have to google this, the different between Sorbet and Sherbet - and while the product does say Sorbet, it does have Milk Solids as the first ingredient listed

It might have some kind of artificial sweetener or something in it.

I can eat chicken just fine. But qdoba chicken I discovered gives me a horrible allergic reaction. Like last and only time I had qdoba I ended up in the hospital. They told me I was having an allergic reaction to something in the chicken.
