yet another 100k points (900k total) with no new Farahs or Reids, 200k since my last Reid, ~500k since my last Farah.

Non-stop raiding, with stamina gels being used when needed... this is indeed taking its toll on me augh

... now realizing I've more than doubled my event points that I got my first 3 Farah drops in -_-

There's someone on the reddit who is at 4m+ points and is 2 short from maxing out a Patty.

So basically it isn't remotely feasible to farm a second copy

2 short is technically what I need to max this my first Farah, a total of 4 spare drops!

Thank you for the aid, @Grimlyn . I wish i had the greens to put those up for your aid. My entire Farah quest reset and it seems to be not connecting whenever i finish an already competed quest.

I had 3 Memoria drops in quick succession last night (Judas, Judith and non event SSR Patty). It was so bizarre after running events for weeks and seeing nothing

God can people stop using 6 tanky ass characters as their Arena teams? Such a fking waste of time spending like 10 turns to kill them all.

I don't even pay attention in arena anymore. I just set it to auto and multi battle and leave it running. I think I have 1 loss this season

My arena team is four 90s two 80s... 3 SRs 3 SSRs

90 SSR Chronos
80 SR Kanata [awakened]
90 SSR Luke
90 SR Emil
---
90 SSR Misella
80 SR Vicious [awakened]

I basically rely on turn 1 blitzing with a AOE combo nuke under hopeful wildfire, although now that I'm facing 100 teams it's not a clean sweep anymore

Arena is one of two areas in the game (the other being Phantom Tower) where mechanics actually matters, even if you're at such a big advantage going into a match because you get first turn. I get wanting to auto it but it's the only daily activity that has me playing the game and not just chasing mats.

Even autoing you are at a massive advantage because your team will force focus someone down, the defending team will target people across the board

Focusing down versus spreading damage is an actual decision you need to make, though.

If the enemy has a single target big healer like Estelle or Misella, you want to spread your attacks out until they waste their heal. Once they use the heal, you focus down the healer, especially if it's Estelle. You also have to consider whether you want to have low health enemies survive a few more turns while their abilities are on cooldown and they're weaker, so you can build up OL to focus down the newcomers that have fresh dangerous abilities.

Alright earlier I crossed the 1mil mark and now I'm out of sylvaseeds again so I officially quit this farm for the last Farah stone until the rerun. Oh well, at least I got my 5th spare Reid in this last 100k.

... kinda sad to give up on the Reid/Farah event just now as my Tales series playthrough has moved to Eternia. (Destiny thoughts: wow Leon is overrated as a character)

*edit* lol I also found out my brother got Dhaos by spending 35k gems for it geeeezz

These elements are all wrong for what I wanted dammit. Expected correctly Sophie would be water, but I am really not in need of another Wind unit with Zelos. SSR Wind Natalia and SR Earth Guy, though? Just assumed the would be fire and light.

Good thing though is Guy is an attack heavy earth Memoria, something we were in need of.

Got Kanonno to 100 so now it's time to go full on ascending Fire team for the upcoming raid. On one hand yay Kanonno making everything go kersplat but on the other hand I need so many fire upgrade materials.

Current Fire Team status:

Reid - 80
Luke - 80
Stahn - 80
SR Misella - 70

At least I'm assuming I'll be using those guys, probably. Need to get at least 3 of them to 90 and right now I have errr 3 Soft Stones and 8 Rainbow Lens

I have a Stahn at level 90 ready to go and Misella at 80.

Dunno if I want to prep more than that lol

I have a fully leveled to 90 and adorned +5 Gauis Memoria and a +4 Gauis.

I can't beleive that's the unit I'm most desperate to pull right now <_<

I'll probably do Reid to 90 first if only because I can 3/5 awaken him. He seems very meh as a character though, not really sure what his skillset is supposed to be good for

Reid seems very vanilla to me, but his stat spread is decent.

I got Stahn and Misella to 100. I'm as ready as I will be. I was counting on a fire memoria from the event for them

Reid is an incredibly confusing unit. His Rising Phoenix is the strongest single target attack in the game plus it has 30% burn...but it's a 5 turn cool down. Sonic Chaos is very strong too, but it's a 4 turn cooldown itself. Plus the MA cost is so high.

He's like a worse Velvet who doesn't have the stats to back up. Velvet's entire deal is crazy cooldown but her stats are so high that she can deal significant damage and survive without them. Reid doesn't have that so much.

Fire is the only element I don't have an SSR for so that's nice. =/

I just got challenge mission 10, one of them is to unlock a panel on the ascension board. Does anyone know how to do that?

I guess it could've been worse (Dhaos & Sorey only boosted themselves, Sorey was still 80) but still augh I was left with only my 80 SR Awakened Vicious and 90 SSR Misella remaining at the end

Bring a character to max 5/5 ascension and it will unlock their Ascension Board, then unlock one of the many upgrades they have available off that

SSR or SR characters are fine, SR will require less resources to get to max ascension (my first was my Emil)

Well Reid is 90 now although I may only awaken him 2 times instead of 3 as I've realized my Fire Memoria is severely lacking. Not that his is particularly good other than a decent chunk of attack

Also people should be able to survive a decent chunk better this time too. Last time it was super hit and miss as to whether you would clear or not because you might end up with a ton of people with like sub 2k contribution

there goes my streak, could only knock out two since what the heck can I do with 2 tank ass healers at the start with all these relevant awakenings. doesn't help that my starting Wildfire missed, as did my third attempt but the match was already over by that one
