If so, why

If not, what would make it better and are you moving towards that?

Personally, I wish I had more time to compose music and write but other than that its p good being me at the moment

Definitely not. I just lost my job as a result we lost our place and we have to move in with my wifes parents

Yeah I feel content. Work is busy but I like wfh. Got my first paid writing gig under my belt and looking for more opportunities. Fitness progress is coming along nicely. Nothing to complain about really

Dang sorry to hear. It's tough losing a job. Have you started sending out resumes? I found getting a jump on it is better than "relaxing for 2 weeks" before hitting the pavement. Tried both and had better results with the former.

Sweet, feels good to get back to work after a while off doesn't it? (Or maybe not if you don't like your job)

I suppose.

Food, shelter and clothing.

And depends on what kinda food you prefer or shelter.

I have to remind myself that just because people don't see the beauty and value in what I do doesn't mean the beauty and value are not there.

I do get my signs of appreciation though on occasion.

People only see me in context to what someone has said about me and never asking me any questions, which is cold.

job is great, house sucks, health could be better, family is ok. if we find a new house soon will be a big help.

I have a stable yet unfulfilling job, a pet I love dearly, lots of games, movies, a home, investments, but all that isn't really enough.

Kinda want a farm life away from the city or something.

These. When you learn to be thankful instead of entitled, "content" comes a lot easier.

Yeah, even during these tough times things are going fine. I'm able to work from home until next year, making enough that the wife was able to leave her job. We can just hunker down for a while, tend to the crops and chickens and try to stay healthy.

Objectively speaking, I should be. Graduated, statistically likely to have passed the bar exam, got a place of my own and a judicial clerkship lined up.

But none of that matters to me, because it's all tainted by two people I trusted unconditionally deciding that my existence had ceased to be useful to them.

any reason or just shitposting. Sorry to hear if its not a joke :( maybe if you find that you hate hating yourself, that can be good motivation.
