I only ever played the first two and I thought it was generally agreed that 2 was the best, but with people talking about 3 since the remaster came out it seems like it's held in higher regard than I thought. Might have to play it.

I always experienced the opposite, everyone said 2 was the best and 3 was trash. But to me, 2 was just an expansion of 1, it didn't feel like a totally new game. Also I was playing on 360 and the game crashed every. time. I started a new mission.

I bought 3 when I was really craving an 'open world' sandboxy type of game but only played a few minutes. It seemed alright, decent humor and the controls didn't annoy me
